Middle
East countries are the biggest producers of oil and natural gas in the world.
With the number of additional industrial plants and generation projects, the
Middle East countries, especially UAE has been catering the present and future needs
of the residents as well as expats.
The
UAE jobs are mostly in the industrial
oil fields as the projects are on the fast track construction basis. The reason
behind this is increasing demand for power. In-line with this, skilled jobs and
professional employments are also increasing. Jobs available in the emirates are
so many, and the expats are also required to fill the vacant positions as UAE citizens
are less in population and cannot accommodate all the vacancies in the booming
job industry of the country. The experience level of the citizens is also an
issue. Nowadays, the citizens of UAE are trying to get professional and catch-up
the demand of employment in the Kingdom, and to have a better career.
Presently,
working in hand with the UAE Nationals are the expatriates, which came from
other Asian countries like Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Philippines and
other Arab Countries. Living in UAE is not so difficult in terms of financial
cost of living, but the city of Dubai is quite expensive when we talk about the
rents. Taxes are zero, food and basic commodities are less expensive than other
countries, some constraints problem in UAE are likely being conservative
especially for women. As per their beliefs, conservativeness will make livelihood
safer for the people residing alone or in families.
The
companies of UAE are mostly multinational, which usually offer good benefits
and employment salary packages. The jobs in UAE are mostly available on contract basis and have a short employment
field (contractually 2-5 years) and the style of living is different than other
Gulf countries, maybe because of modern civilization.
