Prospects of Middle East jobs

In the Middle East countries, the coming decade will be addressing challenges such as unemployment and aging population. An obsolete production model is required to solve such problems. The technology will enable setup of the global teams, in which professional freelancing and international mobility policies will gain limelight.

In the next ten years, the market is expected to face significant labor market changes, which may or may not improve the working conditions. It is expected that about 300,000
Middle East jobs will be recreated per year that will lead to business flexibility and will adapt the needs of a globalized and competitive economy.

Higher value-added businesses are required to evoke the labor market. A Middle East development model based on industries that require labor-intensive and traditional sectors such as construction, real estate and petroleum is in big demand for extensive  jobs in Middle East.

Big guns of the job industry also believe that over the next ten years the labor market will undergo a major transformation. They also believe that integration of skilled foreign professionals in organizations will be absolutely and certainly will become indispensable and highly valued resources in a short term.  In this context, experts argue that immigrant labor will receive a new prominence. They say that, without foreign workers, it will be impossible for the Middle East countries to maintain their average level of GDP.

The industry experts believe that the international mobility will be key in the coming years, and emphasize on the globalization of the companies, supported by geographically dispersed teamwork.
Another group that will strengthen its role in the next decade is women. The presence of women must be made prominent in the Middle East jobs. The male model of management based on control, independence, and competition will not work anymore. The new social changes demand flexibility, balance and give more importance to the emotions.

However, these changes will not happen overnight and there is need to put a lot of effort to see Dubai Shining!
