Visa Details While Searching Vacancies in Dubai

If you plan to settle in Dubai, a work visa is required to ply their trade. Also, it is essential to obtain an employment contract in advance so that you can ensure a hassle-free stay there in Dubai, while looking for vacancies in Dubai.

The work visa is a multiple entry visa because you can come and leave the country without limits. It is conditioned by first obtaining a work contract with a local or foreign company established in Dubai. It's your future employer who shall make arrangements relating to your work visa to the Immigration Department. The employers generally bear the costs of processing fee normally. If all these conditions fulfill, you will be able to get your reference map is validated in the employment contract.

After having the reference map in your possession, you need to submit an application for a residence visa, which is valid for 3 years and is renewable. This approach is mandatory for the foreigners who are now settled in Dubai. The residence visa is related to the jurisdiction of the Immigration Bureau of Dubai and is in no case bound by the consular services of country of origin of the expats.

To be eligible for the vacancy in Dubai and the employment visa, you must possess a valid passport, and your age must be 18-60 years. The candidates are also required to pass through HIV, tuberculosis or hepatitis C screening, and they must be in good health. This working visa authorizes entry into the territory for a period of 14 days or less for corporate representatives, engineers, doctors, and officials who are on urgent mission for the UAE jobs. The visa can easily be obtained by a local sponsor and the help of the service immigration at the airport can also be taken. A few charges apply for such processing.

  1. My petition is in the favor of a common man who is going to visit or work in Dubai (or any gulf country) and gets cheated by their health authorities claiming that he is sick without any written certificate.
When he returns to his home country and do all necessary checkups he was found perfect certified by Asia’s biggest hospital in New Delhi, India.
This man was deported by Dubai because of their personal and outdated laws.
